Know what you run. Trust what comes next.

Lansweeper turns a changing technology estate into trusted asset intelligence, discovering and enriching IT, OT, IoT and cloud so Service Operations can make better decisions from better data.

Our view

Asset Intelligence Before Artificial Intelligence.

AI can only reason over the operational context it is given. If the estate beneath it is incomplete, duplicated or stale, automation simply acts on bad information faster.

Lansweeper earns its place by solving that problem early. It creates a continuously refreshed view of technology across the enterprise, then normalises and enriches what it finds so the CMDB, ITSM, Monitoring & Alerting, Observability and AIOps layers above it have something more trustworthy to work with.

Do not ask intelligence and automation to compensate for a foundation you do not trust.

What we do

Ways we work together.

  • Implementation Deploy Lansweeper across the required IT, cloud, remote and OT estate, designed around the visibility and outcomes the organisation actually needs.

No two estates surface the same blind spots, so we don't start with a generic rollout. We scope IT, OT and cloud coverage first, design the attribute model, ID integration based data sources, then deploy agent and agentless scanning across the estate to fill the gaps into a single, accurate inventory. Our Technology & Development Centre handles the credentialing, network segmentation and edge cases that a default install misses, which is why we take on estates other partners find too complex to onboard cleanly.

  • Optimisation Use Lansweeper's software, lifecycle, vulnerability and asset intelligence to identify cost, risk and operational improvement opportunities.

For estates already running Lansweeper but not seeing the visibility or risk reduction they expected, we run a short diagnostic on scan coverage, data quality and how the asset intelligence is actually being used downstream. Most gaps come from partial deployment or reports nobody's acting on, not from the platform itself, so the fix is usually about closing that gap rather than reconfiguring from scratch.

STATS

From 85,000 vulnerabilities to 25,000, in ten weeks.

An NGO had no single source of truth for asset visibility, with vulnerability scanning covering servers but leaving endpoints unmonitored. Lansweeper revealed the true scale of exposure and gave the team a foundation to act on it.

70%

fewer vulnerabilities, 85,000 down to 25,000

RISK

700

Growth

15k

The $5.4 Million Illusion: Why Legacy Outsourcing is Breaking ITOps

For the better part of two decades, the enterprise IT playbook for handling complexity and scale was simple: throw more bodies at the problem. As infrastructure grew and ticket volumes surged, organizations leaned heavily into outsourcing IT operations to global systems integrators (GSIs).

Drowning in Data, Starved for Insights: The True Cost of IT SLUDGE

Every IT department has a dark corner they pretend does not exist. It is the digital equivalent of that kitchen drawer stuffed with tangled cables, dead batteries, and takeaway menus from restaurants that closed a decade ago. We hold onto these things out of a vague, nagging fear that the moment we throw them away, we will desperately need them. In behavioural economics, Richard Thaler and Cass Sunstein explored how small tweaks can influence positive choices in their brilliant book Nudge. Reading it recently got me thinking about the exact opposite force at play in our industry. Let us call it SLUDGE.
