About dotslash

dotslash is a fast-growing start-up dedicated to transforming the world of Service Operations. Founded by industry leaders with a track record of building and scaling successful businesses, we combine deep expertise with fresh thinking to help organisations move from firefighting to intelligent, autonomous operations.

Our proprietary Service Operations Framework is at the heart of everything we do. It’s a 7-layer blueprint that guides enterprises through the maturity journey from Establish → Enhance → Evolve, ensuring technology, people, and process work together seamlessly. Through this, we enable our customers to cut costs, reduce risk, unlock growth, and deliver outstanding user experiences.

We’re proudly independent and vendor-agnostic, but we work closely with cutting-edge partners like HALO ITSM, BigPanda and Dynatrace to bring the best ITSM and AIOps capabilities to our clients. At dotslash, innovation isn’t just a buzzword; it’s how we design, deliver, and scale solutions that reshape the way enterprises run IT.

Joining dotslash means being part of something exciting from the ground up. We’re a start-up with big ambitions, building a culture where creativity, collaboration, and impact thrive. Every voice counts, every idea matters, and every contribution helps shape the future of Service Operations.

  • Deep understanding of event management, log aggregation, and metrics pipelines.
  • Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL practices and incident response workflows.
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerised applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
