We’re looking for a Junior Technical Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a strong technical foundation, who’s eager to learn, grow, and work on cutting-edge projects with some of the world’s largest enterprises.

What you’ll do

• Support senior consultants in the delivery of Service Operations projects for enterprise clients.
• Assist in implementing and configuring observability, AIOps, and ITSM platforms.
• Learn to work with Event Management and OpenTelemetry to improve monitoring and automation.
• Carry out research, analysis, and documentation to support solution design and delivery.
• Grow into a trusted advisor role, developing both technical expertise and consulting skills.

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Operations, consulting, or a related technical role.
• Exposure to one or more observability or ITSM platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, BigPanda, Halo ITSM).
• Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes (certifications a plus).
• Interest in Enterprise Architecture, automation, and modern observability practices.
• A problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)
• Annual performance bonus
